Hi,

I'm glad increasing the memory has helped some. Would you be able to turn off cassandra as the workunit store and restart your system to see if you still encounter this issue?

Yes I am able to submit workunit once I restore the old environment.
Also I am able to run cassandra commands from ECL.
I haven't setup userid/password for accessing Cassandra.

Hi, we're trying to work out a reason as to why this might not be working with the cassandra workunit store.

Hmm. I configured a cassandra workunit store from within a 6.0.4-1 vm which I downloaded from hpccsystems.com How do you have you cassandra configured? Also, would you be able to provide your environment.xml to see how your environment is set up?

I don't see a username and password in your settings. I'm assuming you either removed it so I didn't see it or you didn't add it in the first place.

Mine looks something like this:

<Option name="user" value="editedusername"/>
<Option name="password" value="editedpassword"/>

where edited username and passwords are what I set.

Also, I see that your server is pointing to 127.0.0.1.

That's your loopback address and could present issues. I would suggest using the address listed under 192.168.56.10x instead.

Thank You clo,

It worked after adding username & password. I thought uid/pwd is not mandatory since cqlsh doesn't ask for one.
