Roxie "Cluster Stopped"

...when it is running "OK", apparently.

In EclWatch, I'm seeing:
RoxieCluster - roxie Cluster stopped
<Queue running - Cluster stopped>
But I'm able to publish queries to Roxie, and they run fine.

I may have something wrong with my configuration.

I suspect this is related to

Which hopefully will get fixed in 4.2. Basically the information given about the state of the Roxie cluster can be misleading.
