Where is spot instance AWS EC2 cluster data user script ?

In documentation, there is a manual procedure describing how to install HPCC spot instances cluster on amazon EC2. In this paper, there is a link (http://www.google.com/url?q=http%3A%2F%2Fs3.amazonaws.com%2Fhpccsystems-installs%2Fuserdatascripts.html&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNHidPAPwQlrvY_3T2BhMD-HhfzG5A) to a user data script file.

This link is not available any more, since a few weeks.
