This is a place for developers to ask questions about contributing to the open source code base. For example if you want an idea of a simple change/improvement that would help you get started working with the source code.
Design discussions, discussing and reporting issues, and submitting change requests are generally done on the github site where the sources are hosted

From time to time we will also post information that may prove useful for understanding the code base.
