I couldn't find a VSCode extension for formatting ECL code, so I decided to write one myself. ecltidy is a perl script that reads ECL file from STDIN and outputs the results to STDOUT.

It's very basic and doesn't offer many features, but it does integrate nicely into VSCode. See https://github.com/nathanielgraham/ecltidy for install instructions.
