Load ECL.mod file in VS Code
In the ECL IDE, I can load a .mod file and it will create a directory and all of the files as directed. How can I do this in VS Code?
My .mod file has special comments that look like this:
When I open this file in the ECL IDE, this dialog pops up:

... etc..
