About our speakers:
Dr. Flavio Villanustre leads HPCC Systems, and is also VP, Technology for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. In this position, he is responsible for Information and Physical Security, overall platform strategy and new product development. Dr. Villanustre is also involved in a number of projects involving Big Data integration, analytics, machine learning and business intelligence.
Lili Xu is in the final stages of completing her PhD in Computer Science at Clemson University. Lili has completed three internships with the HPCC Systems platform team, working on machine learning application, and recently joined the company! Her research area is machine learning, natural language processing, and high-performance computing.
